Additional Tennessee State Requirements

To become a licensed real estate professional in Tennessee, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Complete electronic fingerprinting
• Obtain an Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy
• Pay all applicable license fees
• Provide eligibility verification

Kickstart Your Real Estate Career with Our 2026 Spring TREC Affiliate Broker Pre-license Class

Join our comprehensive 2026 Spring TREC Affiliate Broker Pre-license Class and gain the skills and confidence to launch your real estate career. Led by industry experts, this program will focus on mastering the skills to pass the National and State Real Estate Test:

• 60-Hour      New Affiliate Pre-License Course: Master the knowledge needed to pass      the TREC exam.

This 60-hour program includes all required coursework, with textbooks provided. Classes will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM at Jackson State, starting  January 27, 2026, and running for 11 weeks.
